Oh wonderful!! It reminds me of the friend of the family who showed up at our home when my mother, in her forties and leaving behind ten children, was dying of cancer. In one hand he had a bottle of Lourdes water, in the other a bottle of Scotch. “Well,” he said, “if one doesn’t work, the other should.”
