It’s Down There For Grabs

Before you get to the clip, btw I’m not above doing just the same under the circumstances.

Now to the clip: This is said to be from an old sketch show by the Irish comedian Dave Allen (1936 – 2005) aired in the 70’s/80’s by BBC. Do not miss the end.

For a moment, I thought it was a ploy by the cafe owner.

End

Love it. And your suggestion that it might really be a ploy by the cafe owner to get customers is really the creme de la creme.

The end was fantastic. About 30 years before I just thought that how one will react if he sees a Rs 100 note on the road. The characters are – a Punjabi, a sindhi, a teluguwala, a tamilian, a Marwari. All look at the note at different times. I will write my perceptions later; but u may be a better man to imagine and write. Why don’t u ?

A good subject you have thought of, that too 30 years ago. I’m a little nervous about dealing with such stereotypes – who knows they will hold me for disturbing communal peace or something.
